Good restaurant and friendly staff.

Pre-ordered several times with the McDonald's app, the order was never available! Some of the staff at the intercom is not very competent and helpful. Even when scanning 2 different app coupons it is said that this is supposedly not possible from the same mobile phone. The receipt is only in the bag in 25% of all cases, and you also say you would like to have the receipt. The waiting time of a maximum of 90 seconds after ordering is only observed in 10% of all cases (when ordering refular products). There are currently no improvements in sight!

Ordered via the MC app and paid for by card, but long waiting times for collection because the extended family is surprisingly 'stranded' at MC again and nobody knew what they wanted to order. I love the determination of my fellow human beings, which not only challenges the MC staff, but also strains the nerves of other people. Therefore praise to the serenity of the MC employees at the order acceptance and dear fellow human beings: think together before you get in line what you would like to eat !!!! Thank you

Basically like any other Mc Donalds! However, today I found out that there is no longer any breakfast available! Corrosive !!! Why? ?‍♀️

The food is what you expect from McDonalds, the Corona regulations are well implemented and ordering with the new terminals is pleasant. The only point of criticism is that we had to complain at the checkout because something was missing from our order, but we were served friendly

This drawer is the bottom drawer. 8 1 / 2h waiting time and the staff is as unfriendly as a CDU politician with 3 weeks of constipation. I thought burger king would make me throw up because of the music, but I was wrong. Largest manure pit in all of Germany.

Once again only half the order was in the bag - already the 3rd ×! I now only go 5 houses further to the competition ...

Everything as it should be. In addition, a very nice service.

Just normal MC Donalds. Parking is a bit tight for vehicles from box vans. Passage barrier max. 2.80m.

And friendly service, food is freezing cold and you just can't wait too long

We only received half of the ordered and paid. When asked, a part was forgotten, which was then 'given' to me. Since I didn't get a receipt either, I couldn't even prove it. Only after we went out to eat did we notice that something was still missing. Never again!

One of the normal chains with a stronger smell of grease in the dining area. Unfortunately, McDonald's has rebuilt many stores that are usually ordered at the terminal, which is convenient, but still confusing. As a result of this change, customer contact is almost completely lost. The waiting times at the cash registers, however, has become much shorter. If individual parts are missing, they are brought to table.
